2021
Project Overview
The Hailuoto Music Festival 2021 marked the debut performance in Hailuoto by Aapo Häkkinen, director of the Helsinki Baroque Orchestra and renowned harpsichordist, alongside accomplished baroque flutist Dimitre Marinkev.
Together, they transformed Hailuoto Church into an 18th-century European soundscape, performing emotionally rich and stylistically refined works by French and German composers. The program featured compositions by Michel Blavet, Johann Wilhelm Hässler, Johann Gottfried Müthel, and Johann Philipp Kirnberger.
