Thrills and Chills
A Playfully Provocative Title for a Folk Concert
Concert & Video Production
Project Overview
The Tunkkari musician family participated in the Hailuoto Music Festival 2020 for a recording session showcasing master fiddler Markku Tunkkari‘s beloved works, alongside traditional Finnish folk tunes and pieces by Otto Hotakainen and Jorma Panula. The concert was made available online for free, during a period when in-person audiences were not allowed.

My Role & Contributions
As the festival’s technical producer, I organized the recording session and captured the performances in high quality, transforming them into a polished online concert experience and, later, into separate video segments with remastered audio. Elisa Vesterbacka contributed to the production by assisting with the lighting setup and providing still photography.
