Project Overview
At the Hailuoto Music Festival 2020, award-winning accordionist Anne-Mari Kanniainen delivered captivating performances of folk melodies, enhanced with moments of improvisation, in a studio session in the beautiful acoustics of Hailuoto Church.
The program opened with Aallon harjalla (Riding the Wave), a composition of her own. Violinist Silja Lassila joined Anne-Mari to perform a selection of pieces from their shared repertoire.
Services Involved
My Role & Contributions
As the festival’s technical producer, I organized the recording session and captured the performances in high quality, transforming them into a polished online concert experience. Elisa Vesterbacka contributed to the production by assisting with the lighting setup and providing still photography.
