Project Overview

The third installment of artist interviews at the Hailuoto Music Festival took place in a charming and timeless wooden house, capturing the festival’s intimate atmosphere. This year marked a record number of interviews produced for the festival.

Susanna Rigacci

Ennio Morricone's Primo Soprano
Professor of Vocal Technique, Italy

I encountered Eero Karvonen, the producer of the Hailuoto Music Festival, in 2018 when I was invited to perform a concert in the beautiful Church of Hailuoto. We recorded an interview in a lovely Nordic house and I still remember this moment with great pleasure.

During my stay I had the possibility to spend time with Eero and I was very impressed by his smart and strong personality and kindness. My stay in Hailuoto was amazing thanks to him and the perfect organization of the Festival!

My Role & Contributions

I planned and produced this interview series for online release. Reporter Antti Karvonen conducted most of the interviews, with Agnese Colasanti leading the Italian-language interviews and Sandra Marcelletti providing translations.
