Project Overview
Oulunsalo Ensemble, an orchestra based in Oulu, Finland, founded by the violin pedagogue Sinikka Ala-Leppilampi, operates on a master–apprentice model. They organized their first educational orchestral session, which was recorded and published online. The project featured a student orchestra, supplemented by professional musicians, performing two concertos featuring different student soloists.
The violin soloists for the Vivaldi concerto, Aino Liikanen and Sofia Linnanmäki, were students at the Oulu University of Applied Sciences, participating as part of their studies. The pianist for the Mozart concerto, Emma Ylitalo, was a student at the Oulu Conservatory, with this performance also being part of her studies.

My Role & Contributions
I was responsible for the entire video production pipeline, which included recording audio and video, mixing and mastering the audio, editing the video, still photography, and managing metadata.
This project became a template for Oulunsalo Ensemble’s future educational orchestral sessions, also published online, which continue to feature professional guest players working together with students.
The concertos are also available as separate movements, as listed below.
