My Role & Contributions

Having previously collaborated successfully with the institution, I was commissioned to design two roll-up graphics for the event. My role involved organizing the provided materials into an initial structure and leading brainstorming sessions with the team lead to refine the message layout and determine the required visuals.

I created various text boxes, bar graphs, info diagrams, and two custom illustrations: a cartoon-style four-field depicting the construction of a lighthouse and a vector-based map highlighting the participating regions in Eastern Finland.

The project was a great example of how my background as both a trained pedagogue and a graphic designer came together to offer a unique approach.
